We aim to be the best support to parents and teenagers in career exploration through industry exposure such as curated hands-on experience sessions and internships.
We believe that a teenager needs enough exposure in the real world outside of the classroom to achieve personal growth and understand where they want to go in life.
What We Offer
Formal Assessments
We offer formal assessments such as Social-Emotional Intelligence Profile, Self-Directed Search with a detailed report and 1:1 consultation with certified Career Services Providers or SEI coaches.
Experience Sessions
Our signature industry experience sessions are curated by industry experts with interactive, hands-on activities for students to explore career possibilities, online and in-person sessions available
1:1 Career Consultation
Our certified Career Services Providers provide 1:1 consultation to help you build a stronger self-concept, analyse and evaluate your situation, and help you finish with a clear execution plan for your goals.
Parent Support
We help parents understand their parenting style and provide career counselling skill training online courses and different workshops to help parents become the best support to their teenage children in career exploration and planning.
Social Impact
At Behind Titles, we believe every young person should have access to the network and expert advice for good career planning, regardless of socioeconomic background or race or gender.
